The California branch of NOW says Stayner's actions warrant a hate crime.
California's National Organization for Women says the man who has confessed to killing four women in Yosemite should be charged with a hate crime. Cary Stayner, who is currently in jail in Fresno, says he's had fantasies of killing women for nearly thirty years.
