The Fool's Box
Just found a fairly new blog from corporate consultant, Jim Seybold. I really like his way of thinking.
The blog is called Fool’s Box. That’s a reference to medieval times when the Court Jester, or Fool, was the only person allowed to speak truthfully to a monarch. He suggests companies create a Fool’s Box, so employees can submit absolutely foolish ideas, which, of course, many time can lead to great success.
I really like the post “Stuck by their own sword.”
