Help, we're stuck
A friend recently sent me this video below. The subject line was “State Employees” – although I’m sure it could apply to any government employee.
Or maybe ANY employee. Period.
Or (and tell me if I’m stretching it here) our web visitors. I’ve done enough user tests to see folks who just freeze when trying to complete a task on a website. They don’t go forward, they don’t go back.
At the very least the video can represent your visitors who hit a wall and will NOT go forward. In fact they’ll probably just leave. (Or, in this illustration, turn around and walk down the escalator.)
