Netflix nails it
Matt at 37signals nails his evaluation of Netflix. I LOVE the Netflix experience, and I can’t tell you how many people I’ve turned on to the service, which is simple, easy, and fun to use. Their contest solitciting a better recommendation system from the public is pure 2.0. And he’s right that their throttling scheme sucks. It messes us up big time often.
